The 55 acre campus is a planned community under the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act and is divided into two parcels as follows:

1.      Approximately 45 acres for the villas and carriage homes and a 5,000 square foot Clubhouse for independent and active seniors. Buyers of each villa or carriage home will take title to their unit, which includes the home as well as the land under it, and have exclusive use rights to a foundation planting area around it. A homeowners association will own all common areas and all the open space throughout the site to ensure that all landscaping is consistent and properly maintained, and will provide for all groundskeeping, snow plowing and similar services on the campus.

2.    Approximately 10 acres will be used to build the assisted living residence, which will contain up to 100 units and 120 beds, and will be licensed for assisted living by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
