COLDSTREAM CROSSING PHASE II
Coldstream Crossing Active Adult Community is pleased to announce the road in Phase II is now complete and home construction is well underway. Phase II will include an additional 42 semi-custom homes along a private cul-de-sac street adjacent to Phase I. Many of these new home-sites will back up to ecologically protected wetlands as well as open pastures and evergreen trees. Settlement dates are projected for spring 2012.
We will be offering four models, all with first floor masters. The newest model, the Devon, can accommodate two master suites on the first floor. Amenities such as lawn care, snow removal, and exterior maintenance are all provided. Plus the 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, saunas and entertainment areas provides a center for social interaction in this dynamic community.
