At Coldstream Crossing we offer three styles of Villas and three styles of Carriage Homes which range in size from 1,700 to over 4,000 square feet. Each home has a first floor master bedroom suite with a spacious master bath that includes both a whirlpool tub and separate glass-walled shower. We offer several different level choices for floor coverings, kitchen cabinets and appliances so you can customize your home as you desire. Two car garages are offered on 5 of our 6 models.
