Your monthly fee includes use and access to a 5,000 square foot clubhouse offering:

- Private men’s and women’s locker rooms with separate saunas and showers
- Library
- Multi-purpose activity room, including a fully equipped kitchen
- Spacious game room and game tables, including a flat-screen television
- Business center with computers and Internet access
- Pub lounge and bar area
- Soaring great room with grand, stone fireplace and dance floor
- A private office
- Large outdoor pool and hot tub
- Covered and open patio areas surrounding the pool
- Clubhouse includes furnishings, original mural, and professional decorating

- Care of all common-area grounds
- Community walking trails
- Homeowner’s insurance on the structure of the home*
- All clubhouse and pool maintenance
- Care of all plants and shrubbery
- Lawn fertilization
- Lawn and planting irrigation systems
