This quote was proudly and enthusiastically shared by our newest Coldstream Crossing buyers, George and Joan Irwin. 

As happy as we are to hear such a great sentiment, it also rings very familiar.  So, as happy as we were to hear the Irwin’s share this thought, the truth is that we hear this same message a lot!  We are proud to say that we seem to be greeting and selling more people than any other community in the greater Delaware Valley area!

In fact, while some communities have slowed, or even closed, Coldstream Crossing is adding staff to keep up with the demand!  And the reasons people tell us that they believe Coldstream Crossing is a success?

• We offer semi-custom homes.
• We offer so much open space.
• It’s a great value for the money.
• We offer independent living and fee-simple home ownership.
• And… location, location, location!!

Further, we are pleased to announce that we are already 50% sold out!  So, while the real estate market is challenging right now, it doesn’t necessarily affect every market as drastically as the news may have us believe.  Think of it as having ONE weather report for the whole nation; it doesn’t happen.  Every area of the country, region, even a county may be a unique market.  In fact, many of Coldstream’s homeowners have found that their homes sold much more quickly than expected.

Which brings us to another often-heard quote, “Why did we keep putting off our move?”   Some folks have visited with our sales staff up to FIVE times before finally making the commitment to buy; either afraid that their homes won’t sell or the fear of being overwhelmed by moving.  Yet, these are usually the people who wish they had moved and simplified even sooner.

So, don’t take our advice, take the advice of those who have made the move.  Don’t put off a move for too long – and here is why:

• We are already 50% sold out.
• We only have a few perimeter lots left.
• We are only days away from opening our club house, which means you’ll miss out on swimming, dancing, exercising, crafting, meeting, and “sauna-ing” your time away!
• You are missing out on having a custom home built to your specifications.
• You will miss seeing Spring Mill being built.
• You will miss long, evening walks on our walking trails.
• And… You’ll miss the opportunity to give us our next quote about how much you regret not doing it sooner!!
