Clubhouse

At the heart of the Coldstream Crossing Retirement Community will be a spectacular 5,000 square foot Clubhouse. The Clubhouse will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, high-speed internet access computer suite, card room, party/meeting room with wet bar and a swimming pool. The Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of the homeowners and will accommodate individual activities as well as large community gatherings.
